Hi, I am Helen.

I am a Boston & DC Portrait and Couples Photographer. I enjoy getting to know people over chai latte, finding new coffeehouses around New England & the DMV area, and exploring new places through my lens.


Over the last decade, I have had the extraordinary honor of shooting portraits, proposals, engagements, and weddings. I am fascinated by the shared stories of human connection, trials, milestones, celebrations, and resilience. And I enjoy telling these stories through my lens.


I am an introvert, and I understand how uncomfortable getting one's photo taken can be, so if you are an introvert like me (you are welcome here!). I will patiently guide and allow you enough time to get into the flow of our session, whether for your portraits or a romantic couples session.

I am a DC-based Visual Art Designer and Portrait Photographer. I enjoy getting to know people over coffee, exploring parks and museums, and going on photo walks around the DMV.


Over the last decade, I have specialized in the creation and development of brand concepts, online advertising, and social media marketing. My experience includes collaborating with various brands on branding projects, commercial, and artistic photography.


Throughout my career, I have honed the ability to develop hybrid visual pieces that combine graphic design, photography, and art, thereby generating engaging and effective content. My focus is on creating visual experiences that not only capture attention but also inspire and connect with audiences.
